Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a decade of expertise in performance marketing with an advanced understanding of Google Ads, campaign management, A/B testing, and driving ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategize, create, and optimize high-performing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Video, Shopping, etc.)

Drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and conversions while maintaining cost-efficiency (CPA, ROAS, etc.)

Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis

Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics, Data Studio, and other tools

Run A/B tests and continuously optimize creatives, ad copy, and landing pages

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (SEO, design, content) to align marketing goals

Stay updated with industry trends, algorithm changes, and Google Ads best practices

Requirements:

Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing and managing Google Ads campaigns

Proven track record of scaling campaigns and delivering measurable results

In-depth understanding of digital marketing metrics, bidding strategies, and conversion tracking

Google Ads Certification (preferred)

Strong analytical skills and experience with tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Excel

Excellent communication and time management skills

Ability to work independently in a part-time role (flexible hours)
