The company developed the World’s 1st Cloud-Based, Hardware-Agnostic, HIPAA-Compliant Cardiac Monitoring Solution, accessible from any internet-connected device. CardioDiagnostics also offers a Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) solution that allows patients to record their vital signs and automatically send them to their Healthcare Providers, by pairing monitoring device(s) with our CardioConnect mobile App.</p> <p><strong>About the Role</strong></p> <p>CardioDiagnostics is currently recruiting a detail-oriented and highly skilled Remote EKG Monitor Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will provide continuous observation, interpretation, and analysis of patients’ heart rhythms. The technician will promptly identify and report cardiac arrhythmia, prepare end-of-study reports, and ensure accurate, high-quality data management. This role requires strong clinical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment. </p> <p>This role includes a comprehensive two-week training program, combining remote classroom instruction with hands-on, on-the-job training to ensure proficiency as a Remote EKG Monitor Technician.</p> <p><strong>Schedule:  Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday & Sunday (7pm-7am), 48 hours per week. This is the set schedule and cannot be changed.</strong></p> <p><strong>What you'll do:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Provide continuous monitoring and accurate interpretation of cardiac rhythms for assigned patients.</li> <li>Recognize and promptly report significant cardiac arrhythmias to physicians or nursing staff as per established notification protocols.</li> <li>Build comprehensive End of Study reports for physicians, ensuring all required elements are accurately included or excluded, and manage timely report uploads.</li> <li>Review ECG and monitor data for clinical accuracy and completeness.</li> <li>Effectively communicate ECG abnormalities or urgent patient conditions to medical staff.</li> <li>Maintain up-to-date CRAT and/or CCT certification.</li> <li>Collaborate as part of a remote team while maintaining the ability to work independently and autonomously.</li> <li>Demonstrate high attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities effectively.</li> <li>Adapt quickly to process changes and evolving procedures within the cardiac monitoring environment.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What you'll need:</strong></p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or equivalent required</li> <li>Current and active <strong>CRAT (Certified Rhythm Analysis Technician)</strong> and/or <strong>CCT (Certified Cardiographic Technician)</strong> certification required.</li> <li>Strong knowledge of basic and advanced cardiac rhythms and abnormalities.</li> <li>Fluency in written and spoken English required.</li> <li>Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.</li> <li>Bilingual language skills are a plus.</li> <li>Excellent multitasking and organizational skills.</li> <li>Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently with minimal supervision.</li> <li>High attention to detail and accuracy in data interpretation and reporting.</li> <li>Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.</li> <li>Proficiency with computer systems and ability to quickly learn new software applications.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience in a remote EKG monitoring or cardiac diagnostic center; 5+ years of experience.</li> <li>Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Additional Information:</strong></p> <p>This role is at $22 an hour and is a full-time position.
