Want to work with a team of Environmental Chemists and Scientists who care about the protection of human health and the environment?</span></b> </p><p></p><p>ICF is seeking a motivated <b><span>Data Entry and Administrative Assistant</span></b> to join our team to support a U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) contract, the Environmental Services Assistance Team (ESAT). The team performs soil, water, air, waste, and tissue sample analysis and data validation for chemical contaminants primarily in support of EPA’s Superfund program. The team also supports EPA’s ambient air monitoring programs under the Clean Air Act.</p><p></p><p>The<b><span> Data Entry and Administrative Assistant</span></b> will assist and potentially lead a variety of tasks in support of data management, report preparation, scheduling, invoicing, and administration duties needed to keep the team organized and functioning well. This multi-faceted position will require working with a variety of staff with various technical backgrounds in order to support their projects. Daily interactions with staff and clients will require a candidate with a professional and positive demeanor both in-email correspondence and on the phone.
