This role is responsible for producing, delivering, and optimizing video content across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts to drive engagement, grow our audience, and support brand goals. The ideal candidate is a digital storyteller with a strong understanding of social trends, multimedia production, and platform best practices.<br /><br />This individual understands the ever-changing social media video landscape and is passionate about testing new creative concepts and formats that best speak to the YETI community. The ideal candidate for this role is supremely organized, quick but thoughtful decision maker, adept at planning, and severely detail oriented. This candidate must be capable of juggling a variety of workstreams, at various stages of production at the same time without letting any of the workstreams suffer.</p><p></p><p><b>Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li><p>Plan, execute and deliver social first videos for brand campaigns, product launches, and community spotlights across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook – for organic and paid media.</p></li><li><p>Responsible for everything from kickoff to final delivery of video – digesting the brief, determining best production approach, and prioritization of requests while keeping speed, efficiency, brand voice and bu</p></li><li><p>Build a network of trusted content creators (motion shooters & editors) who can support the brand across all communities.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with Campaign, Creative and Marketing Operations teams as well as organic, paid & performance teams to bring social first executions of creative concepts to life</p></li><li><p>Partner with Social Media Strategists, Paid Media, and Paid Performance teams on briefs, best practices, video performance and creative.<br />Exercise expert knowledge in video formats, sizing, and technical requirements for social media platforms</p></li><li><p>Manage post-production workflow, utilizing both internal and external video editors, and stakeholder review cycles</p></li><li><p>Act as a social media expert and thought leader in content planning sessions. Demonstrate comfort with discussing best practices and industry standards</p></li><li><p>Partner with social media strategy team to stay informed on social video trends, channel updates as they rapidly evolve, and performance of social video to inform best practices</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Qualifications:</b></p><p></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s Degree</p></li><li><p>2 years’ experience in social media or marketing at an agency or brand</p></li><li><p>Experience with content production</p></li><li><p>Travel is required (25-30% travel to live events/story coverage).
