Job Description:

  • We are an agency that provides graphic design assistance to our clients - who are located throughout the world.
  • We are looking to hire an exceptionally organised, reliable and creative individual who thrives in a remote-working environment.
  • Responsibilities may Include: Effectively communicate directly with clients, manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks & meet deadlines.
  • Develop creative concepts, mood boards, sketches & wireframes.
  • Design logos, color schemes, brand guidelines & marketing materials.
  • Develop user interfaces, web graphics & digital assets for online platforms.
  • Design layouts for magazines, packaging etc. & prepare files for print.
  • Create custom illustrations & infographics to represent data.
  • Edit & enhance images to fit design requirements.
  • Design animations, motion graphics & visual effects for various platforms.
  • Communicate with team members & present design concepts.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, online web editors & online tools.
  • Conduct quality checks & prepare final files for delivery.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in graphic design
  • Experience with large print formats (billboards, brochures/magazines, flyers, etc.)
  • Familiarity with design software and technologies like InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, and Photoshop
  • Portfolio showcasing above mentioned experience
  • Keen attention to aesthetics and visual details
  • Creativity
  • Excellent in English - written and spoken
  • Excellent communication skills
  • At least 2 years work experience
  • Experience working remotely
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (A qualification in Design or similar will be advantageous)
  • Familiarity with cloud or online tools such as Asana and Google Workspace
  • Keeping up to date with design and multimedia trends / tools / software
  • Tech-savvy and able to adapt to new software quickly
  • Weekday availability that allows you to meet client expectations and deadlines
  • Consistent access to high-speed internet
