As an Account Manager, you’ll play a key role in growing client relationships, influencing their success on our platforms, and driving meaningful impact across a dynamic and evolving industry.

What you’ll be doing
  • Win new business:Proactively target andacquirecommercial agents in your region, introducing them to the value of advertising their properties on Rightmove.
  • Grow strong partnerships:Manage both newly acquired and existing customers with regular face-to-face meetings, upselling across our product suite and ensuring long‑term success.
  • Own the sales cycle:From prospecting and lead generation through to conversion,you’lltake responsibility for building opportunities and achieving revenue growth.
  • Lead with insight:Use performance data and market trends to guide conversations, run impactful review meetings, and help customers understand both their own business and the wider market.
  • Deliver excellence:Ensure every account has a clear understanding of our products and pricing, providing tailored, value‑added solutions that drive results.
  • Collaborate for impact:Work closely with our Telephone Account Managers (TAMs) and New Business Consultants (NBCs), as well as internal teams like Customer Services and Finance, to provide a seamless client experience.
  • Represent Rightmove:Be a positive ambassador for our values, taking accountability for self‑development and supporting your colleagues at regional and national meetings.
  • Drive results:Overachieve on KPIs and revenue targets through persuasive, relationship‑driven face‑to‑face activity that adds measurable value for your clients.
