Overview

This role is dedicated to educating and empowering young girls by delivering engaging product presentations and demonstrations in schools. The Brand Representative will foster awareness of feminism and the challenges faced during life cycle changes. Successful candidates will achieve defined daily, weekly, and monthly targets while effectively managing their territory and workload. Kindly note that this is a talentpool advert and not a live vacancy. 

 

 

Basic Salary: R7 875

Travel Allowance: R3 000

Communication Allowance: R1 000 


Responsibilities

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Deliver exceptional product demonstrations and presentations to target audiences. Achieve presentation targets through effective product sampling and promotion. Represent the brand with integrity and professionalism at all times. Ensure thorough product knowledge among target audiences.


Qualifications

  • Matric
  • Exceptional relationship-building and time management abilities with a proven track record of meeting deadlines and targets.
  • Self-motivated and disciplined individual with a strong work ethics.
  • Full-time availability from Monday to Friday.
  • Possesses the ability to work effectively in both formal and informal settings.
  • Demonstrated ability to think critically, problem-solve, and adapt to challenging situations while maintaining professionalism and objectivity.
  • Possession of a reliable personal smartphone.
  • Proficiancy in Microsoft Office Deliver engaging and informative educational presentations on puberty, aligned with provided training.
  • Clearly articulate product benefits, differentiating features, and competitive advantages. Provide comprehensive guidance on feminine hygiene and healthcare practices based on received training.

 

  • Hold a valid driver’s license.
  • Own a roadworthy vehicle.
  • Own a reliable smartphone with sufficient storage capacity for application downloads and image storage.

Safeguard and maintain sampling stock in excellent condition.

 

Reporting and Compliance: Provide timely updates to management regarding performance, challenges, and opportunities. Utilize the designated online system to capture accurate and detailed session feedback. Maintain accurate records of sample distribution and reconcile against attendance. Assume responsibility for the care and maintenance of assigned company assets. Adhere to all internal and external policies, procedures, and regulations.
