Role We are looking for a dynamic Program Support Analyst/Correspondence Analyst to join our team. The Program Support Analyst/Correspondence Analyst provides critical administrative and correspondence management support to the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Personnel and Readiness (OUSD(P&R)). This position plays a key role in supporting the efficient coordination, analysis, and tracking of official communications, including correspondence packages and taskers, while assisting government leadership and staff with essential administrative functions.

Support coordination across internal and external offices regarding correspondence assignments and task delegation

Maintain logs and tracking systems to support weekly and monthly reporting on task and correspondence status

Assist with knowledge management and file organization using network-based systems, including SharePoint

Support front office operations such as facilitating office calls, greeting visitors, and responding to general inquiries

Provide support on short-turn assignments and high-priority tasks as needed under the direction of government staff

Qualifications Current Active Secret Clearance or above required

Bachelor's Degree in Business, English, Journalism, or similar

Experience supporting DoD offices or programs

Effective written and verbal communication skills, including editing and formatting professional correspondence

Ability to manage multiple deadlines and shifting priorities in a dynamic environment

Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and SharePoint
