<strong>Role Overview<br><br></strong>Join our organization as a Warehouse Manager - Tyre, Batteries & Lubes, where you will oversee and coordinate multi-site warehousing and distribution operations across our tire, battery, and lubricant business. As part of Emirates for Universal Tyres team in Fujairah, you'll work in an ONSITE environment, managing the central warehouse and stores in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Al Ain. You will lead the warehouse operations, customer delivery process, fleet management, and ensure supply chain coordination is seamless across all operational touchpoints.<br><br><strong>Responsibilities<br><br></strong><strong>Warehouse Operations (Multi-site):<br><br></strong><ul><li>Oversee day-to-day warehouse activities across Fujairah, Dubai, and Abu Dhabi etc.</li><li>Maintain accurate inventory of tires, batteries, and lubricants.</li><li>Ensure all warehousing practices comply with safety, quality, and operational standards.</li><li>Drive efficient space utilization, FIFO practices, and inventory accuracy.</li><li>Implement and maintain warehouse management systems (WMS).<br><br></li></ul><strong>Store & Satellite Hub Management<br><br></strong><ul><li>Supervise the performance and inventory flow at the Dubai and Abu Dhabi stores.</li><li>Ensure seamless coordination between central warehouse and small stores.</li><li>Regularly visit satellite locations to ensure operational standards and process alignment.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Logistics & Delivery Management<br><br></strong><ul><li>Ensure that customer delivery are on time and as pre agreed SLA.</li><li>Manage the delivery fleet and driver teams to ensure on-time, accurate deliveries.</li><li>Optimize delivery routes and resource allocation for cost and service efficiency.</li><li>Ensure fleet maintenance, vehicle compliance, and documentation are in order.</li><li>Coordinate with customer service and sales teams to prioritize urgent and high-value deliveries.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Team Management & Synergy<br><br></strong><ul><li>Build, lead, and train a high-performing warehouse and logistics team.</li><li>Foster communication and collaboration between warehouse, procurement, sales, and customer support.</li><li>Identify and implement synergy opportunities between sites to reduce redundancy and enhance operational efficiency.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Reporting & Analytics<br><br></strong><ul><li>Track KPIs including , On time delivery, inventory turnover, order accuracy, and fleet efficiency.</li><li>Prepare weekly/monthly reports for senior management with insights and recommendations.</li><li>Work closely with logistic team on stock planning and reconciliations.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Must Have Requirements<br><br></strong><ul><li>5–7 years of experience in warehouse or logistics management.</li><li>Demonstrable experience in tyre, battery, or automotive aftermarket industry preferred.</li><li>Proven expertise managing multi-site operations and delivery fleet teams.</li><li>Strong knowledge of inventory control and logistics best practices.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/WMS systems.</li><li>Excellent organizational, leadership, and analytical capabilities.</li><li>Outstanding communication skills and experience working with cross-functional teams.</li><li>Valid UAE driving license is preferred.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Nice To Have Requirements<br><br></strong><ul><li>Prior experience in leading digital warehouse transformation projects.</li><li>Experience in fleet optimization software or routing tools.</li><li>Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental standards specific to warehousing and automotive products.</li><li>Arabic language proficiency.</li></ul>
