We are seeking a motivated and experienced Travel / Tour Consultant to join our dynamic tour agency team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day operations, managing tour bookings, and ensuring smooth execution of travel itineraries. You must have strong knowledge of Dubai's attractions, landmarks, and tour packages, along with the ability to customize travel experiences for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate daily tour operations and bookings.
  • Create, customize, and promote Dubai tour packages based on client needs.
  • Liaise with hotels, transport providers, and other vendors to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Handle customer inquiries, provide detailed information, and recommend suitable packages.
  • Prepare quotations, itineraries, and booking confirmations.
  • Assist in resolving customer concerns and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and reports.
  • Stay updated on Dubai's tourism trends, attractions, and new experiences.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Travel Consultant / Tour Operator in the UAE (preferred).
  • In-depth knowledge of Dubai's tour packages, attractions, and hospitality industry.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic or other languages is an advantage).
  • Proficiency in MS Office and reservation/booking systems.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
