Job Title: Social Media Marketing & Google Ads PPC Analyst

About the Role:

We are looking for a results-driven Social Media Marketing & Google Ads PPC Analyst with proven experience in a Recruitment/Staffing Agency environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing paid campaigns, analyzing performance, and driving targeted traffic to generate qualified leads for recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, manage, and optimize Google Ads (PPC) campaigns to achieve lead generation targets.
  • Plan and execute paid campaigns across platforms (Google, LinkedIn, Meta, etc.) tailored to recruitment industry needs.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting.
  • Manage social media marketing campaigns to enhance employer branding and candidate engagement.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance (CTR, CPC, conversions, ROI).
  • Collaborate with recruiters and management to align marketing efforts with hiring needs.
  • Implement A/B testing, retargeting, and conversion tracking to maximize results.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in Google Ads, social media, and recruitment marketing.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Google Ads PPC and Social Media Marketing (mandatory).
  • Proven experience working with a Recruitment/Staffing Agency is a must.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and SEO basics.
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other paid platforms.
  • Excellent analytical, reporting, and optimization skills.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment.

Preferred:

  • Google Ads and Analytics certification.
  • Experience in lead generation for recruitment, HR services, or manpower supply.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
