About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled SEO & Google Ads Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing SEO campaigns and running successful Google Ads campaigns that deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, and technical).
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and site audits.
  • Optimize website content, landing pages, and metadata for higher rankings.
  • Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Video, Shopping).
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other tools.
  • Prepare performance reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Stay updated on Google algorithm changes and PPC best practices.
  • Collaborate with the content and design team to improve ad quality and conversion rates.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an SEO Specialist and Google Ads campaign manager.
  • Strong knowledge of Google SEO guidelines, SEMrush (or similar tools), and keyword research.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Search Console.
  • Ability to create and optimize ad copy, landing pages, and campaign targeting.
  • Good understanding of conversion tracking, remarketing, and audience segmentation.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and reporting skills.

Preferred:

  • Google Ads and Analytics certifications.
  • Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms.
  • Familiarity with social media ads (Facebook/Instagram) is a plus.
