The ideal candidate is a conceptual thinker with a strong design aesthetic, excellent attention to detail, and a passion for creating impactful visual content that communicates our message effectively.</p><p><br></p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Lead and execute design projects from concept to delivery across various platforms (web, print, social media, advertising, packaging, etc.)</li><li>Collaborating with cross-functional teams including marketing, trade, and development to ensure visual consistency and brand alignment</li><li>Supervise and mentor junior designers, providing guidance, feedback, and support</li><li>Develop and maintain brand guidelines and ensure adherence across all channels</li><li>Translate marketing strategies into compelling visual campaigns and storytelling</li><li>Present ideas and creative concepts to internal stakeholders and leadership</li><li>Stay current with design trends, techniques, and best practices</li><li>Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines</li></ul><li><br></li><p>Required Qualifications:</p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or related field</li><li>5+ years of professional design experience, preferably in an agency or in-house creative team</li><li>UX/UI Web Experience required</li><li>Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of design work</li><li>Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.</li><li>Proficiency in Figma</li><li>Excellent typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills</li><li>Strong understanding of branding, color theory, and composition</li><li>Attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team environment</li><li>Excellent time management and communication skills</li></ul><li><br></li><p>Advantageous if you have:</p><ul><li>Experience in motion graphics, video editing, or animation</li><li>Knowledge of HTML/CSS and responsive design principles</li><li>Familiarity with print production and packaging design</li></ul><li><br></li><p>The Person</p><p>MuscleFood prides itself on the exceptional people we have in place.
