Job Description:

As the Senior Business Development & Account Manager for Real Estate Developers, you will lead our engagement with real estate developers across the UAE. You will be required to understand the complexities of the development lifecycle and be able to balance new business acquisition with long-term client success. As the client portfolio grows, you will take on team leadership responsibilities, building and mentoring a dedicated team focused on the developer segment.

In this role, you will:

Business Development:

  • Identify, target, and close new business opportunities with real estate developers across the UAE and wider region
  • Build trusted relationships with key decision-makers (e.g., development directors, analysts, C-suite) within developer organisations
  • Deliver compelling product presentations and demos tailored to developer-specific use cases
  • Shape the go-to-market strategy for the developer segment, including lead generation and partnership opportunities

Account Management:

  • Own and grow strategic relationships with existing developer clients, focusing on retention, satisfaction, and upsell opportunities
  • Serve as a consultative partner, helping clients embed data analytics into their project planning, sales strategies, and market research
  • Ensure timely delivery of support, training, and performance reviews
  • Act as the voice of the customer, feeding insights back to product and leadership teams

Team Leadership (as function scales):

  • Recruit, onboard, and mentor future team members focused on the developer vertical
  • Define and implement best practices, sales playbooks, and account management strategies
  • Set clear goals and performance KPIs for the team, driving consistent results


Requirements

  • A minimum of secondary education. A bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Valid UAE license required
  • 4 - 5 years of sales experience
  • 6+ years of experience in business development, enterprise sales, or strategic account management
  • Experience working for, alongside, or selling to Real Estate Developers
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles and multi-stakeholder deals
  • Previous team leadership experience or clear readiness to step into a leadership role
  • Excellent understanding of the complexities of the real estate development lifecycle
  • Excellent knowledge of sales processes
  • Good knowledge of the Dubai Real Estate market
  • Knowledge of the Real Estate Development process
  • Familiarity with CRM systems
  • Ability to balance new business acquisition with long-term client success
  • Ability to deliver an excellent customer experience
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Exceptional relationship-building and negotiation skills
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
