Role Overview

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Sales Professional to join our OT & IoT Cybersecurity business unit in the UAE. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales across the GCC region, focusing on Operational Technology (OT), Industrial Control Systems (ICS), IoT/XIoT Security, and related services/solutions. This role requires a strong hunter mindset, consultative selling skills, and the ability to engage at CxO and technical leadership levels across critical infrastructure industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business development in the OT & IoT Cybersecurity space across Energy, Utilities, Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Transport, and Smart Cities sectors.
  • Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline; achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Position companys OT/IoT Security portfolio including consulting, implementation, and managed services to clients.
  • Work closely with internal pre-sales, delivery, and vendor ecosystem to craft winning proposals and solutions.
  • Develop and maintain trusted relationships with CISOs, CIOs, OT Heads, and Engineering Managers.
  • Lead the end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, proposal, negotiations, closure, and handover.
  • Stay updated on OT cybersecurity trends, regulatory requirements and competitor landscape.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client workshops.
  • Prepare accurate forecasts, account plans, and business reports for leadership.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering, IT, Business, or related field (Masters preferred).
  • 10+ years of proven sales experience, with at least 4+ years in Cybersecurity sales.
  • Strong exposure to OT/ICS/IoT/XIoT Security solutions, industrial networking, and critical infrastructure.
  • Solid track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in the GCC.
  • Strong network of client relationships within energy, utilities, oil & gas, manufacturing, and transport verticals.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of vendor ecosystem in OT/IoT Security
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
