Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and manage advertising campaigns in Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and other PPC platforms (Google Ads, TikTok Ads, etc. is a plus).
  • Develop precise targeting strategies for MENA markets.
  • Create and optimize ad copies and creatives in Arabic.
  • Manage budgets and ensure campaigns achieve maximum ROI.
  • Conduct A/B testing for audiences, creatives, and formats.
  • Monitor performance, prepare reports, and provide insights for improvements.
  • Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and the broader marketing team.

Requirements

  • Proven experience with Meta Ads Manager.
  • Fluent in Arabic (written and spoken).
  • 1–2 years of experience in PPC / Paid Media.
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing and sales funnels.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Facebook Analytics).
  • Good command of English (Intermediate+).

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Google Ads, TikTok Ads, or Snapchat Ads.
  • Knowledge of advertising trends in the MENA region.
  • Copywriting skills in Arabic.
