Qualifications

What does a Porter do at Premium Parking?

  • Provide meticulous upkeep of flat lot parking locations, including cutting grass, cleaning pay machine shelters, removing debris and trash, and installing or moving signage
  • Communicate effectively with customers and co-workers
  • Perform all designated maintenance and cleaning tasks in a timely manner
  • Maintain equipment and materials in a clean and orderly condition

What a Porter Needs:

  • Flexible availability, including overnight and weekends
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Self-motivated, responsible, reliable and detail-oriented
  • Proven compliance with policies and procedures
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for up to 8 hours at a time and work outdoors
