Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient Payroll Specialist to manage and optimize payroll operations using Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion integrations, UAE labor law compliance, and payroll processing for large, diverse workforces typical of the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities

Payroll Processing & Compliance

  • Execute end-to-end payroll for 1,000+ employees across multiple projects
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, Wage Protection System (WPS), and end-of-service benefits
  • Handle payroll adjustments for overtime, shift differentials, hazard pay, and leave settlements

Oracle Fusion Integration

  • Manage and troubleshoot Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM payroll modules
  • Collaborate with IT and HR teams to implement and maintain Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) workflows
  • Customize seeded reports using BI Publisher, OTBI, and Fast Formula for payroll costing and analytics

Reporting & Documentation

  • Generate monthly payroll reports for Finance and HR
  • Maintain accurate records for audits, compliance, and internal reviews
  • Support year-end processes including merit increases, bonus calculations, and gratuity settlements

Stakeholder Coordination

  • Liaise with HR, Finance, and site managers to ensure timely and accurate payroll inputs
  • Address employee queries related to salary, deductions, and benefits
  • Coordinate with external vendors for medical/life insurance and statutory filings
