Role Summary




We are seeking a Manager, Talent Acquisition - Volume/Mass Hiring to lead and deliver high-volume recruitment for our Qcommerce store teams across 8 markets. This role is critical to ensuring headcount requirements are consistently met and growth in new store locations is supported with agility. As the leader of a dedicated TA team, you will play a pivotal role in sustaining the workforce required to drive the success of one of our most critical business pillars.



What's On Your Plate?



Talent Acquisition Leadership



Consolidate new and replacement headcount requests across all markets, ensuring visibility and accuracy. Lead, coach, and develop a TA team focused on execution and delivery of high-volume hiring. Ensure effective allocation of workload across the team to maximize efficiency and resources. Drive improvements in TA metrics, including Time to Hire, Hires per Recruiter, Offer Acceptance, Conversion Rates, and Drop-out Rates.

Process & Stakeholder Management



Work closely with the Senior TA Manager to implement process efficiencies and scalable recruitment solutions. Build and maintain strong partnerships with key stakeholders, including General Managers, Operations Managers, People Operations, and external partners. Provide regular updates, insights, and reporting to business leaders to ensure alignment with hiring goals.

Strategic Workforce Planning



Partner with the Senior TA Manager to forecast hiring spikes linked to business growth and expansion of store locations. Build and execute proactive bench-hiring strategies using historical data to pre-empt and anticipate business needs. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify creative sourcing solutions and talent pipeline strategies for locations with talent shortages.

Qualifications

Proven experience (5-8 years) in Talent Acquisition with a strong focus on volume/mass hiring across multiple markets. Experience managing a TA team, with a track record of driving performance and meeting ambitious hiring targets. Strong analytical skills, with experience using data to forecast, plan, and measure recruitment effectiveness. Ability to execute scalable talent acquisition strategies in fast-paced, high-growth environments. Good stakeholder management skills with experience partnering with senior leaders across markets. *
