One of our banking clients is looking to hire an experiencedManager – Asset & Property (Administration Unit). This role will oversee thefinancial and operational performance of all bank assets and properties, ensuring efficient facility and property management while upholding the highest standards of safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will drive strategy, vendor management, budgeting, and sustainability initiatives while safeguarding the bank’s real estate portfolio. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee property, asset, and facilities management operations, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness. • Develop and implement the asset management strategy, procedures, and compliance frameworks. • Manage annual budgets, asset transfers, vendor performance, and variance reporting. • Supervise facilities management programs, soft services, preventive maintenance, and health & safety measures. • Lead vendor negotiations, performance monitoring, and ensure best practices across all properties. • Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, insurance, and environmental policies. • Oversee building upgrades, fit-outs, lease negotiations, and property administration. • Provide fire & safety training, manage civil defense certification renewals, and enforce HSE compliance. • Manage outsourced service providers and ensure delivery through KPIs and SLAs. • Support business continuity planning and oversee periodic audits across all bank premises. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil/Electromechanical) from a recognized university; MBA preferred. • Strong background inSustainabilityand thorough understanding ofUAE regulationsrelated to building operations • Minimum 10 years of experience in engineering, facilities, or property management, ideally within the UAE. • Should have team management expereince and global team management expereince. • Property management experiencefrom a building operations perspective is mandatory. • Strong knowledge of local regulations, vendor networks, procurement, and building systems. • Proven expertise in budgeting, vendor management, HSE standards, and project management. • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. • Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office tools. • Excellent command of spoken and written English.
