This role will create and drive consistency and alignment throughout all site operations and facility typologies. This role will report to the Sr. Manager, Facilities Operations Programs, and will be responsible for a variety of operational-based standards, projects, programs, and process improvements requiring collaboration between the Facilities Operations, Design, Construction, and Real Estate teams as well as other Rivian stakeholders. In true start-up fashion, many of these programs do not exist or have opportunities for refinement as the company scales.</p> <p><strong><span data-contrast="auto">RESPONSIBILITIES</span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p> <ul> <li><strong>Operational Projects and Programs:</strong> The scope of this role will be centered around the employee experience and driving consistency within Rivian facilities. This role will lead a wide variety of projects and programs.
