Our commitment to our colleagues across the globe is to provide the resources and opportunities they need to make a difference in our world while building a fulfilling career with us.<br><br><strong>What will you do in this role and a Day in the Life:<br><br></strong>Handle end-to-end delivery of REMS IT projects (Salesforce Health Cloud, Life Sciences Cloud, integrations, data migrations, and reporting solutions).<br><br>Oversee planning, scope, timelines, and budgets using Agile/Waterfall hybrid methodologies.<br><br>Coordinate with Business Analysts, Developers, QA/Validation, Data Migration, and Release Management teams.<br><br>Drive cross-functional collaboration between business, compliance, validation, and IT teams.<br><br>Handle requirements through Jira/Confluence and ensure full traceability to validation artifacts (URS, FRS, PQ).<br><br>Define and run change requests (CRs) following established validation and audit processes.<br><br>Ensure data migration strategy, mapping, and validation align with system and program requirements.<br><br>Partner with external vendors and internal team members to ensure successful integrations (MuleSoft, SFTP, AWS, etc.).<br><br>Track project risks, issues, and dependencies; maintain RAID logs and communicate status to leadership.<br><br>Support release planning, environment strategy (Dev, SIT, Validation, UAT, Production), and post-deployment validation.<br><br><strong>Qualification Requirements:<br><br></strong><strong>Education Requirements:<br><br></strong>Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification<br><br>In some cases an equivalency, consisting of a combination of appropriate education, training and/or directly related experience, will be considered sufficient for an individual to meet the requirements of the role.<br><br><strong>Experience Requirements:<br><br></strong>2+ years of experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the above job duties.<br><br><strong>Hands-on Experience Handling Validated Systems Is Required.<br><br></strong>Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in the IT and business transformation space is required.<br><br><strong>Experience Collaborating With Cross-functional Teams Is Required.<br><br></strong>Change control (CR) processes in a regulated environment (21 CFR Part 11, HIPAA, GxP) is required.<br><br><strong>REMS (Risk Evaluation And Mitigation Strategies) Experience Is Required.<br><br></strong>Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in the IT and business transformation space is required.<br><br>Validated experience in successfully leading and running complex IT and/or business transformation projects is preferred.<br><br>Experience using Planview or other Project Portfolio Management (PPM) tools preferred.<br><br>Relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management) preferred.<br><br>IT Data migrations is preferred.<br><br><strong>Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:<br><br></strong>Salesforce Certified Administrator or Project Manager certification (PMP, PMI-ACP).<br><br><strong>Experience With Jira, Confluence, TestRail, And CI/CD Understanding Preferred.<br><br></strong>Familiarity with REMS processes, FDA interactions, and life sciences program operations.<br><br>Knowledge of cloud integration patterns, data governance, and compliance reporting.<br><br><strong>Location: Fully remote in the US</strong>.
