<p><strong>About the Role:</strong></p><p>We are seeking a Interior Designer to join our dynamic design studio at BG Group. This role is central to the conceptualization, development, and execution of high-end residential interiors. The ideal candidate combines strong creative direction with technical expertise, demonstrating an eye for spatial planning, refined material selection, and excellence in client presentations.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Lead the interior design process from concept to completion across luxury villa and residential projects.</li><li>Develop sophisticated spatial layouts and floor plans with a strong sense of proportion and flow.</li><li>Guide and direct the 3D visualization team to ensure renderings align with the project vision.</li><li>Prepare compelling presentation decks using tools such as Canva and Adobe Suite.</li><li>Oversee FF&E selections with a refined understanding of finishes, textures, and detailing.</li><li>Produce and review technical drawings using AutoCAD, and coordinate documentation in Revit.</li><li>Work closely with the architectural team to ensure interior and architectural elements integrate seamlessly.</li><li>Source materials, finishes, and suppliers aligned with the project’s aesthetic and budget.</li><li>Engage in client presentations and revisions, maintaining a high level of professionalism and design integrity throughout.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Required Qualifications & Skills:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.</li><li>7+ years of professional experience in high-end residential design.</li><li> Proven ability to develop concept design, detailed drawings, and mood/material boards.</li><li>Strong command of AutoCAD, Revit, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).</li><li>Experience in 3D visualization workflows and communicating clearly with 3D artists.</li><li>Excellent communication and presentation skills.</li><li>Knowledge of luxury materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and accessories.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver under tight deadlines.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Preferred Qualities:</strong></p><ul><li>Strong aesthetic sensibility aligned with contemporary and timeless luxury.</li><li>Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-driven.</li><li>Familiarity with construction methods, site coordination, and design documentation.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Why Join Us:</strong></p><p>BG Group is a multidisciplinary design and build firm known for creating some of the region’s most distinctive residential spaces.
