Description :

We are hiring HR officer for our client in Abu Dhabi. Candidates handling, payroll, employee grievances, onboarding, etc., are required for this role.

  • Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
  • Provide counseling on policies and procedures
  • Conducts or acquires background checks and employee eligibility verifications.
  • Implements new hire orientation and employee recognition programs.
  • Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and
  • Investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.
  • Monitoring staff performance, and attendance and maintain payroll activities.
  • Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.
  • Attends and participates in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
  • Managing pensions and benefits administration.
  • Develop training and development programs.
  • Finalize the performance management processes.
  • Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.
  • Maintain employee records, according to policy and legal requirements.
  • Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.
  • Be a team player.
  • To do any other task will be assigned to you by the company CEO or any of the company managers.
