This position involves a combination of administrative and field work and requires both the ability to travel to any of 70 program locations and to adjust to unexpected changes in work assignments, locations, or schedules as required. Work includes conducting site observations, providing direct training and coaching, and ensuring staff are prepared to effectively manage their program sites. The Site and Behavior Trainer will develop and implement training sessions, mentor new employees, and facilitate behavior intervention strategies.</p><p>This position requires flexibility, strong leadership, and a commitment to ensuring a positive, safe, and enriching experience for program staff and participants.
