Ensure that all personnel have received appropriate safety and health training as stipulated in HSE 3. Assist in incident reporting, investigation. Analysis and risk assessment as stipulated in the OSHAD System framework 4. Participate in Safety Department Review at least once every quarter to review the achievements of the Safety and Health Objectives and improvements to the HSE manual 5. Maintain a system of incident reporting, investigation. Analysis and risk assessment as stipulated in the Occupational Health and safety Abu Dhabi (OSHAD) system framework. 6. Assist to Conduct Safety Department Review at least once every quarter to review the achievements of the Safety and Health Objectives and improvements to the HSE manual 7. Update the Safety and Health documents and follow-up on recommendations of safety committees and work group 8. Maintain relevant safety records, records and certificates required under the OSHAD framework 9. Brief and instruct sub-contractors on the safety and health procedures and instructions that they and their employees are required to comply with 10. Monitor and maintain safety and health, prevent and fight fires, respond to accidents and control environment pollution 11. Assist to Define and Specify all PPE (Personal Protection Equipment) to be used at the factory like clothing, Helmets, Goggles, Shoes, Gloves, Garments etc; designed to protect the wearer's body from injury from accidents bearing in mind the Hygiene of the employee and the work atmosphere 12. Assist to recommend changes in the procedures, polices and related occupational health and safety documents 13. Coordinate with Factory security staff **Academic Background**: Bachelor of Science/Arts with professional qualification in HSE: NEBOSH, IOSH.
