Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet members and guests with a positive attitude
- Answer inquiries about membership, classes, and services
- Assist with member check-ins and manage guest registration
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Provide tours of the facility and introduce guests to our offerings
- Ensure the front desk and common areas are clean and orderly
- Address member concerns and escalate issues when necessary
- Assist with scheduling and booking personal training or group classes
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Customer service experience, preferably in a fitness or hospitality setting
- Basic computer and phone skills
- Passion for health and wellness
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
- Previous experience as Front Desk/Guest Services Associate (Required 2 Year)
