The Elite Job is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Entry-Level Proofreader to join our growing online media team. Key Responsibilities

  • Review and proofread articles, blog posts, newsletters, and other digital content for spelling, grammar, punctuation, and consistency.

  • Ensure all written materials follow the companys editorial style guide.

  • Collaborate with writers and editors to suggest improvements and corrections where necessary.

  • Verify accuracy of facts, names, and data included in published content.

  • Identify formatting, tone, and style inconsistencies to ensure a professional and polished final product.

  • Assist in updating and maintaining editorial standards as content trends evolve.

  • Meet deadlines and manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced online media environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong command of English grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
