Energy Solutions Specialist

The Energy Audit Engineer Delta T Rehabilitation is a key role to be based in Dubai will be a part of a growing team and will be responsible for engineering and developing energy solutions for customers under the Building Technology and Solutions Business.

As an Energy Solutions Specialist you will be responsible on delivering a presales end-to-end scope from data collection analysis selection of upgrades costing and producing comprehensive technical reports in alignment with JCI standards. As a member of this team you will work within a vibrant environment that provides a platform for you to use your experience to support the team with your expertise in delivering results.

How You Will Do It

As an experienced Energy Solutions Specialist you will use your technical knowledge in HVAC Controls and Energy to develop projects from lead generation stage up to contract signature. You will reporting directly to the Sr. Business Development Manager and will be working closely with the Cooling as a Service team to drive business growth. You will be also closely aligning with Ops team who will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of the contracts as per customer and JCI expectations. other responsibilities include:

Conducting on-site walk-through audits and field observations collecting energy efficiency data and analyzing the process of energy efficiency Gather key project parameters such as operating times flows energy consumption temperatures system operating characteristics etc. Investigate analyze and document energy conservation and water cost reduction measures Conduct detailed engineering analysis including baseline profiles and retrofit analysis. Design of Upgrades specifications bill of quantities and sequences of operation and prepare and present technical content proposals analysis and Energy calculations Arrange quotations from sub-vendors and sub-contractors estimating in-house product costs and estimating costs for engineering labor and project management Take initiative to understand and learn about existing and new energy-saving technologies and calculate and analyze the energy savings they create

What We Look For

Required

Bachelors degree in engineering - Mechanical /Electrical/Electronic or similar

Certified CEM professional is a must.

3 5 years experience in energy services

Proficient in Energy analysis and modeling

Proficient MS Projects formats histograms etc

Result orientated tenacious self-motivated a customer focused approach

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong planning and organization skills

Excellent inter-personal skills

Fluency in the English language is essential.

Preferred

Recent/past experience in energy solutions for HVAC and Controls. Certification in CEA/CMVP/BEAP
