About the Role


AGS Security Management is seeking a Digital Marketing & Content Manager to lead our online presence across social media, website, and digital campaigns. This role works closely with the SEO and PPC teams to create fresh content, engaging campaigns, and new ideas that position AGS ahead of competitors in every industry we serve.


The ideal candidate is creative, data-driven, and trend-savvy, with strong skills in content creation, photography, blog management, digital strategy, and analytics.


Key Responsibilities


Social Media & Content Management

  • Manage AGS’s daily social media presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.
  • Post trend-driven updates, industry-specific content, and campaign materials.
  • Organize fresh photoshoots and visual content to keep branding modern.
  • Manage AGS’s blog with regular, SEO-optimized posts showcasing our expertise.


SEO & PPC Collaboration

  • Work with SEO specialists to implement keyword strategies and improve search rankings.
  • Support PPC campaigns with creative ad copy, visuals, and landing pages.
  • Track ad performance and suggest adjustments to maximize ROI.


Website & Campaign Innovation

  • Propose and implement new ideas for the company website, landing pages, and user experience.
  • Ensure all content is updated, client-focused, and SEO-friendly.
  • Launch industry-specific marketing campaigns that highlight AGS’s services.


Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor Google Analytics, Search Console, and social media insights.
  • Provide weekly/monthly reports on traffic, engagement, and campaign success.
  • Use data to recommend improvements and refine marketing strategies.


Lead Generation & Branding

  • Create digital campaigns and lead-generation assets (brochures, landing pages, email marketing).
  • Align campaigns with sales and procurement teams to support RFPs and proposals.
  • Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all digital platforms.


Competitor Analysis & Trends

  • Monitor competitors’ digital activities and strategies.
  • Stay on top of social media, SEO, and content trends.
  • Proactively introduce new creative ideas to keep AGS competitive.



Skills

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
  • 3–7 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, or content management.
  • Strong English writing/editing skills (blogs, posts, campaigns).
  • Proficiency in SEO, PPC coordination, and digital marketing tools.
  • Experience with social media management platforms (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.).
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO reporting.
  • Photography, basic design, or video editing skills (Photoshop, Canva, or similar).
  • Strong creativity with ability to produce fresh campaigns and visuals.
  • Ability to work night shift (UAE time zone) aligned with Los Angeles.
