## Full Description The Role Key Responsibilities: Generative AI Development & Integration: -Design, train, and fine-tune AI models for document data extraction and structuring. -Implement AI-powered agents to automate user interactions and natural language queries. Text-to-SQL & AI for Data Processing: -Develop Text-to-SQL algorithms to convert natural language into optimized SQL queries within the Suadeo SDS platform. -Enhance query interpretation and execution by leveraging AI models for complex data requests. Document Processing & Structuring: -Build AI-driven solutions to connect, index, and query structured and unstructured documents (Word, PDF, Excel). - Ensure seamless integration with Suadeo’s data catalog and lineage for knowledge discovery. AI Model Optimization & MLOps: -Deploy, monitor, and optimize AI models using MLOps best practices. -Continuously assess and improve AI model accuracy, efficiency, and scalability. Collaboration with Technical & Business Teams: -Work in an Agile SAFe environment alongside DevOps, Data, and Product teams to align AI solutions with business objectives. -Support internal teams by providing expertise on AI deployment, automation, and optimization. Required Technical Skills: -Generative AI & NLP: Experience with LLMs (GPT, Mistral, Claude, etc.), fine-tuning, embeddings, and vector databases. -Databases & SQL: Strong expertise in Text-to-SQL, query optimization, and managing large-scale databases. -Document Processing: OCR, NLP-based text extraction, vector search, and semantic indexing. -MLOps & Deployment: Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD for AI models. -Programming Languages: Python (Langchain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face), SQL, FastAPI, REST API. Requirements • Minimum 5 years of experience in Data Science, with a focus on Generative AI, NLP, and applied AI solutions. -Hands-on experience deploying AI models into production and integrating them into existing data platforms. -Strong problem-solving skills and ability to optimize AI models for real-world business use cases. -Experience working in Agile SAFe methodology within cross-functional teams. -Strong communication skills to collaborate with data engineers, software developers, and business teams.
