In Dubai, we’re proud to have been recognized as TripAdvisor’s 5 star Best Pizza and Italian restaurant in Dubai with an impressive 4.9-star Google rating.</p> <p>About the Role:</p> <p>We are hiring experienced Pizzaiolos who have a strong background in artisanal pizza making — including dough preparation, fermentation, and baking in traditional stone ovens.</p> <p>This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art kitchen alongside a dynamic and talented team, in what is widely considered one of the most beautiful pizza kitchens in the UAE.</p> <p>Requirements:<br /> • Minimum 3 years of hands-on pizza-making experience in a traditional or artisanal pizzeria (not fast food).<br /> • Must have worked with traditional pizza ovens and freshly prepared dough.<br /> • Knowledge of high-hydration doughs (75%+), fermentation techniques, and a variety of pizza styles is a strong advantage.<br /> • Familiar with kitchen hygiene standards and HACCP training.<br /> • Must be currently based in the UAE and available for an in-person trial.<br /> • Able to join immediately.</p> <p>Please Note:</p> <p>We do not accept experience from:</p> <p>Pizza Hut, Domino’s, Broccoli Pizza & Pasta, Peppe Jones, or similar commercial fast-food chains.
