Experience a fast-paced, multicultural environment where your expertise in human resources will contribute to building a world-class employee experience while advancing your own career on a global stage.</p> <p>As a Recruitment Advisor, you will provide a full cycle recruitment experience to assigned departments within the Emirates Group, from sourcing, attracting, interviewing and hiring high calibre candidates capable and competent to perform the role and fit the Emirates Group values.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Understand the assigned departments' manpower recruitment needs and convert this into yearly Department Recruitment Plans (DRPs), which outline candidate identification and attraction initiatives.</li> <li>Support Cabin Crew recruitment campaigns within your allocated region, with flexibility to support additional campaigns in Dubai and globally when required.</li> <li>Agree with Talent Acquisition Partner (regional) on the most appropriate recruitment approach using various channels to attract candidates within your allocated region and propose new channels.</li> <li>Plan weekly career events across the region to promote our employer brand and career opportunities for Cabin Crew, focusing on return on investment and engaging high calibre talent who meet our requirements for these positions.</li> <li>Utilise available databases and technology, such as ATS, LinkedIn and other databases, to shortlist potential candidates and recommend the top talent for final review.</li> <li>Recommend appropriate recruitment and selection methodologies, such as in-tray exercises, assessment centres, and digital assessments to support the identification of talent against each position's technical and behavioural competencies and cultural fit requirements.</li> <li>Build professional and open relationships with the larger HR team and other departments, providing a professional service and balancing process integrity issues versus the need to react to departmental pressures.</li> <li>Proactively communicate within specified time frames with internal and external candidates to maintain a professional image and a quality candidate experience.</li> <li>Work with and manage the quality of support provided by recruitment agencies when operationally working with them in the field on campaigns, ensuring that Emirates Group's brand image and high standards of candidate experience are reflected by all processes where support is provided.</li> <li>Carry out all administrative duties in the recruitment process, such as distributing interview packs, organising timetables, arranging interviews, managing reports, creating dashboards and provide data-driven insights.</li> <li>Provide an advisory role to the team, lead improvement initiatives and look for opportunities where recruitment processes can be further optimised.</li> <li>Maintain up-to-date knowledge on best practice recruitment and selection techniques with specific attention to diversity and inclusion.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualification</strong></p> <p>To be considered for this role, you must meet the below requirements:</p> <ul> <li>12 years schooling or equivalent.</li> <li>Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent) and at least 2 years of recruitment experience in-house or as an agency recruiter, or previous experience as cabin crew.</li> </ul> <p>You will have an edge if you have:</p> <ul> <li>CIPD or any other HR professional certification.</li> <li>Ability to execute effective high volume recruitment strategies that align with organisational goals. Experience in forecasting hiring needs and resource allocation is essential.</li> <li>Strong skills in creating and interpreting reports to track recruitment progress and outcomes. Ability to summarise insights and present findings clearly to stakeholders.</li> <li>Dashboard familiarity: understanding of how to utilise dashboard tools to monitor key recruitment metrics, enabling informed decision-making and timely adjustments to strategies.</li> <li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey complex information succinctly to various audiences.</li> <li>Keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in all processes.</li> <li>Familiarity with HR databases, ATS systems and CMS systems.</li> </ul> <p>At Emirates Group, we're committed to providing our employees with opportunities to grow and develop their careers.
