Role Overview:

We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented
Business Development Executives
to join our growing team. You will be responsible for converting
qualified inbound leads
(generated through Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, etc.) into
sales meetings
, and eventually into
clients
by pitching our services.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Engage with
    inbound leads
    (no cold calling) through phone, WhatsApp, and email
  • Qualify leads and schedule
    Google Meet
    appointments for detailed discussions
  • Present our
    digital marketing
    and
    web development
    services, portfolio, and past success stories to prospects
  • Maintain follow-up communication to move prospects through the sales funnel
  • Update CRM tools and prepare basic reports on sales progress
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, design, development) to close deals effectively
  • Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets

What We're Looking For:

  • 1–3 years of experience in
    B2B IT sales
    , preferably in a
    digital marketing
    or
    web development
    agency
  • Excellent English communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
  • Confidence in conducting meetings over
    Google Meet
    and explaining services effectively
  • Understanding of marketing and tech sales processes
