The Role

As an Attractions Crew Member (Flow), you will bring to life in-world experiences through various roles, including Fan control, behind-the-scenes work, and general operational support positions. The Attractions Crew Member is critical to the success of the experience through their dedication to show excellence and contribution to creating an in-world experience for our Fans. The Attractions Crew Member will provide general information, scan tickets, manage guest flow and queuing, and more. 

This on-site, full-time or part-time hourly role is based in Dallas, TX.

What you will do: 

  • Operate key roles that bring our Attractions to life, including Fan control, queue management, and behind-the-scenes operations

  • Support Fan journey by scanning tickets, answering questions, and guiding fans through the experience 

  • Represent the Netflix brand with professionalism and enthusiasm to drive Fan engagement

  • Ensure a safe, smooth operation of the experience by following established protocols

  • Execute Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), including emergency procedures.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What we need from you:

  • Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment.

  • Demonstrated experience in fast-paced retail, hospitality, attractions, and F&B operations, or immersive experiences, theatrical productions, or show-based attractions.

  • Knowledge of creative excellence and show quality process.

  • Knowledge of the Netflix platform and shows.

  • Excellent teamwork skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

  • Strong customer service and communication skills. Fluency in additional languages is a plus. 

  • Strong desire to think outside the box and innovate.

  • Willingness to learn environmental, health, and safety (EHS) protocols.

  • Ability to stand, walk, or be in motion for extended periods in both Fan-facing and behind-the-scenes environments 

  • Ability to regularly move items up to 10 pounds

  • Ability to regularly use screens for daily job responsibilities (including touch-screen devices)

  • Routinely work in diminished lighting conditions and around continuous noise/activity levels, including potential strobe effects, theatrical haze, or other special effects

  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, at a 365-day operation.

Compensation:  $20.00/hour
