<h4>Description</h4> <p>We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Associate Director Digital Transformation & Education Solutions to join our team. This role is focused on driving business growth, client relationships, and digital transformation initiatives within the education sector across the MENA region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in EdTech, digital transformation, and consultative sales with a proven ability to generate new business and expand existing accounts.</p> <h4>Key Responsibilities:</h4> <ul> <li>Work closely with the education practice team and geo sales to identify appropriate prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage the sales cycle to close new business in the education sector.</li> <li>Work closely with existing educational clients in the region to ensure account growth.</li> <li>Account growth dimension: Responsible for relationship building and establishing Nagarro as a trusted partner by working closely with the customer.</li> <li>Act as the escalation point for onsite resources when issues arise with resources and manage any dispute or conflict.</li> <li>Prepare professional, complete, concise, and accurate reports, proposals, decks, and other documentation as required for executive-level presentations.</li> <li>Seek references and testimonials from customers.</li> <li>Delivery excellence dimension: Capture customers' vision and ensure the delivery meets the expectation.</li> </ul> <h4>Requirements</h4> <ul> <li>12-16 years of experience in EdTech sales, business development, or account management.</li> <li>Proven track record of closing deals and driving revenue growth in the education space.</li> <li>Strong relationship management and negotiation skills.</li> <li>Ability to handle escalations, manage conflicts, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.</li> <li>Excellent communication and presentation skills.</li> <li>Experience working in the MENA region is a plus.</li> </ul> <h4>Benefits</h4> <p>The salary package is competitive and will be discussed during the interview process.</p> <h4>Required Experience</h4> <p>Director level experience in early childhood education, classroom experience, education administration, lesson planning, special education, adult education, teaching, curriculum development, administrative experience, leadership experience, program development, and supervising experience.</p> <p><strong>Employment Type:</strong> Full-Time</p> <p><strong>Vacancy:</strong> 1</p>
