Through analytics, the Assortment Analyst works both independently and collaboratively to drive projects and provide recommendations that can optimize sales, inventory & assortment results\. The Assortment Analyst will also be responsible for managing the accurate execution of assortment strategies using allocation system applications\. This includes overseeing the standard allocation approach, maintaining the minimum and maximum allocation quantities, new hierarchy set up, and trouble\-shooting as needed\. Analysts work on projects and tasks where analysis of situations or data requires a review of diverse factors\. Analysts must exercise judgment to determine appropriate action\(s\) to resolve a variety of issues and builds productive internal/external working relationships\. In this role Analysts are developing their professional knowledge and expertise\. The base salary range for this role is $68,640 \- $97,450\. The base salary range is dependent on factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, qualifications, relevant education, certifications, seniority, and location\. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees\.
