Overview:

Experienced Admin Executive to manage and oversee daily facility operations at our headquarters. The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of experience in facility or housekeeping supervision, ideally from a 5-star hotel or IHM (Institute of Hotel Management) background.

The role involves managing daily administrative tasks including technician allocation, petty cash, key control, fuel and utility coordination, AMC billing, and workspace planning. Candidates must be proficient in Oracle, MS Office, and capable of leading housekeeping operations with a structured and hands-on approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise facility and housekeeping operations across the HQ
  • Manage Oracle for PO (AMC and Utility and ETC) and facility portal for technician scheduling & task closure
  • Handle petty cash, utilities, AMC, and ENOC
  • Maintain key issuance logs and oversee audits
  • Coordinate seating plans and relocations across departments
  • Ensure stock and cleaning supply management
  • Oversee daily cleanliness, space hygiene, and team coordination

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a supervisory housekeeping/admin role
  • Degree/Diploma in Hospitality (IHM preferred)
  • Proficient in Oracle, MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
