Their software collects health and safety, procurement, insurance, quality and regulatory information from contractors and suppliers.

Job Description

  • Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to enhance market presence. Proactively service and support contractors/suppliers and client customers
  • Conduct advanced training on products via phone, web based and face-to-face meetings
  • Participate in prospecting efforts including calls, emails and new business meetings
  • Prepare, present and be able to recap calls with client customers
  • Field incoming calls and emails, liaison with Contractor Development and troubleshoot problems directly involving client contacts
  • Support team members on researching and analyzing key data related to growing the health of client accounts
  • Proactively analyze processes and bring forth ideas for continuous improvement
  • Research and be able to explain the use of various tools to expand and engage the account
  • Work with team members to implement new tools and functionality on accounts to expand the use of the platform

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate should have:

  • 2 years' work experience in a Sales or Account Management position
  • Ability to master the contractor/supplier functionality
  • Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Desire to research and communicate with prospective clients
  • Solid analytical and problem solving ability
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously

This is an opportunity to join a global business as an Account Executive and grow their business in the Middle East. You will be provided training in a "Farmer" role for 1 year before moving to a "Hunter" scope.
