Role

Job Role: Sales Executive

As a Sales Executive, your main responsibility is to build lasting relationships with customers while hitting your monthly sales targets. You’ll play a vital role in delivering an excellent in-store experience and promoting our range of retail products.

Key ResponsibilitiesEngage customers and provide product recommendations Explain product features, benefits, and prices clearly Handle billing, POS transactions, and returns professionally Maintain product displays and ensure the cleanliness of your area Track inventory levels and coordinate with the stock team Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs

Support store promotions and marketing campaigns

Required Skills and ExperienceMinimum 1 year of experience in retail, showroom, or direct sales Excellent communication in English (Arabic is a bonus) Confident personality with a friendly and approachable demeanour Good negotiation and persuasion skills Strong product knowledge and enthusiasm for retail

Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing goals

Educational RequirementsHigh School Diploma or higher preferred

Sales or marketing certifications are a plus
